Leo Virgil just recently pursued freelancing after working overseas as a recipe officer in Kuwait for a year and half. He is new in the digital design field and is incorporating his gained knowledge as a computer science graduate in Imus Institute of Science and Technology.
His passion and determination lead him to start building LEVISM.com to provide services in building website for Small and Midsize Enterprise (SME). It's like a startup for startups.
